ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- After finishing third at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship each of the last two seasons, Bradley Women's Golf will enter the 2018 Valley Championship as the favorite to win the crown announced by the league office Friday morning.
The Braves received five of 10 first-place votes and collected 93 of a possible 100 points to top the pre-championship vote of the MVC coaches heading into next week's league championship. Missouri State was second with 88 points and four first-place votes, while Northern Iowa was third in the vote with the remaining first-place selection and 79 points.
