Olu Fashanu, one of the best Penn State offensive linemen in recent memory, has found his new home. Fashanu continued his journey as a first round draft pick, being selected 11th overall by the New York Jets.
Fashanu may not have been perceived as an early pick when he joined Penn State as a three-star recruit out of D.C. However, despite being the 45th-best tackle in his class, Fashanu still had several notable offers from the likes of Georgia, Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State, among others.
Fashanu did not see the field as a true freshman in 2020, and began receiving snaps in 2021.
