The national wrestling media was introduced to the BJC’s edition of the Olympic Wrestling Trials this afternoon with a press conference featuring 4 athletes—2 of which included NLWC’s David Taylor and Penn State’s newly crowned NCAA Champ (and David Taylor’s long-time student at his M2 Wrestling Club) Levi Haines.
David spoke at length on his journey to have a chance to repeat as Olympic Champ, teared up when asked about his good friend Kyle Dake recently losing his father, and spoke on his relationship mentoring Haines. Levi talked about what makes Penn State great, and asserted his dodgeball prowess.
